Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data by Taxi Team V GmbH.
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you use this website, for what purposes, on what legal basis and for how long. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Taxi Team V GmbH
Moosweg 8
6850 Dornbirn, Austria
Phone: +43 660 6850 000
Email: office@taxiteam-v.at
2. Visiting the website (server log files)
When you visit this website, the server processes technically necessary data. This includes:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- page or file accessed, amount of data transferred and status code
- browser type and version and operating system
- previously visited page (referrer URL)
The purpose of processing is to deliver the website, ensure stability and security and prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and proper operation of the website (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data.
3. Contact form (ride request)
If you use our ride request form, we process the following details:
- name, email address and your message (required)
- phone number (optional)
- company (optional)
- service required and preferred date and time (optional)
- pick-up and destination address (optional)
- your confirmation that you have read this privacy policy
We use this data solely to handle and answer your request and to prepare the requested ride. Required fields are marked with *. Without your name, email address and message we cannot answer your request. All other details are voluntary.
The details are sent to our server via an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and from there, also via an encrypted connection (TLS), to our email server, which delivers them to our mailbox. They are not stored in a database on the website. A hidden field in the form serves solely to protect against automated spam.
Please note: end-to-end encryption, where only sender and recipient can read the content, is not technically provided for email. Please therefore do not send us particularly sensitive data via the form, in particular no health data. In such cases, please call us.
The legal bases are the performance of pre-contractual measures or of a contract (Art 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, which you give by ticking the box (Art 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons, for example by email to office@taxiteam-v.at. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Contact by phone or email
If you call us or send us an email, we process the data you provide, such as name, phone number, email address, the content of your request and pick-up and destination address, in order to handle your request. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (Art 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling requests efficiently (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Cookies, consent and Google Ads
On your first visit, we ask you in a notice (cookie banner) whether we may measure the success of our Google ads. You can accept or decline. Without your consent, no Google service is loaded and no advertising cookie is set. The website works the same either way. No social media plugins, embedded maps or videos and no external third-party fonts are loaded.
5.1 Storing your choice
So that we do not have to ask you again on every page, we store your choice (accept or decline), the date and a version number of the banner in your browser's local storage (entry “ttv-einwilligung”). This information is not transmitted to us or to third parties. After 12 months we will ask you again. You can delete the entry at any time by removing the website data in your browser.
This storage is strictly necessary to respect your choice (§ 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in respecting and being able to demonstrate your choice (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5.2 Google Ads
If you accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Ads conversion tracking provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”) to measure the success of our ads. We only receive aggregate figures and do not learn who you are.
For this purpose Google sets cookies (for example “_gcl_au” and “_gcl_aw”, stored for up to 90 days) and processes, among other things, your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited and an identifier of the ad click. We do not use personalised advertising or remarketing.
The legal basis is your consent (Art 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. The Google Ads cookies are then deleted. Processing carried out until then remains lawful.
Google also processes data in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art 45 GDPR). In part, Google processes data under its own responsibility. More information at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
6. Recipients of your data and hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS also provides the email server and mailbox through which requests from the form reach us. IONOS processes data on our behalf as a processor (Art 28 GDPR).
If you accept in the cookie banner, Google also receives the data listed in section 5.2. Beyond that, we do not pass on your data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have consented. Data is only transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA as described in section 5.2.
7. Storage period
We store server log files only as long as necessary for the operation and security of the website. We store data from requests as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up questions. We then delete it unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example under company or tax law, which generally amount to seven years.
Your choice in the cookie banner remains stored in your browser for 12 months. The storage period of Google's cookies is given in section 5.2.
8. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the following rights:
- access to your stored data (Art 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art 16 GDPR)
- erasure of your data (Art 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art 20 GDPR)
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art 21 GDPR)
- withdrawal of consent given (Art 7(3) GDPR)
To exercise your rights, an informal message to office@taxiteam-v.at is sufficient. To protect your data, we may ask for proof of your identity.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to us or to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority:
Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority)
Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria
Email: dsb@dsb.gv.at
Website:
www.dsb.gv.at
10. Security
This website is delivered via an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling.
